These terms cover your use of MatchPing, a Discord bot that posts pro Counter-Strike matches. If you add MatchPing to a server or use this site, you agree to them.
The service
MatchPing is free. It posts match schedules, live updates, and results to a Discord channel. It may change, pause, or stop at any time, with or without notice.
Match data can be wrong
Match times, scores, and rankings come from outside sources. They can be late, wrong, or missing. Do not rely on MatchPing for betting or for anything where a wrong time or score costs you money.
Your part
- Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Only add MatchPing to a server where you have permission to add bots.
- Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the bot.
- Do not use MatchPing to break the law.
MatchPing may stop posting to a server that breaks these terms.
No warranty
MatchPing is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. This includes, as far as the law allows, any warranty that it is fit for a purpose, accurate, or free of errors or downtime.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, MatchPing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits, or revenue, that comes from using the service or not being able to use it. Because the service is free, total liability for any claim is limited to $0 where the law allows, and otherwise to the smallest amount the law allows.
Not affiliated
MatchPing is an independent project. It is not made, endorsed, or sponsored by Valve, Discord, PandaScore, HLTV, or any team or tournament. Counter-Strike is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Team and tournament names belong to their owners.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy says what data MatchPing keeps and how to get it deleted.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows the last update. If you keep using MatchPing after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
